  • At the moment, Nafas is a fully online practice, based in Malaysia.
    This allows you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your home.

  • Using your camera is encouraged because it helps with communication and connection, but you’re welcome to discuss your comfort level with your psychologist.

  • Each session lasts 60 minutes, unless otherwise stated.

    It’s accessible, flexible, and allows you to attend therapy from a safe, familiar environment.

  • You can book a session directly through the “Book Now” button on the website or contact us via WhatsApp.
    Once your booking request is received, we will reach out to you with payment details.
    After payment is made, you’ll receive an email with your confirmed session time and your session link.

  • We accept bank transfer and credit card payments.

  • Yes, limited pro-bono or reduced-fee slots may be available depending on current capacity.
