Hello, I’m Shamenee, a registered Clinical Psychologist who is here to support you with gentle, evidence-based care. My work focuses on creating a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported as you navigate whatever you’re going through.
I provide psychotherapy and psychological assessments for individuals facing emotional or psychological challenges, and I tailor each session to your unique needs. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and I often incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help foster meaningful and lasting change.
Over the years, I have supported people working through a wide range of concerns including anxiety, mood difficulties, grief, trauma, stress, relationship patterns, and self-esteem challenges. I also work with individuals who want to understand themselves more deeply or improve their overall well-being.
